Thank you for creating an account with the City of Escondido.

Please ensure that you use a valid email address. We will send notifications regarding your business license, permits, etc. to this address.

If you will use this account to renew a business license, once you create the account:

1. Log into the portal with your email address and pasword.
2. Click on Renew/Continue, and then click Renew an Existing Business License.
3. From the renwal form you received in the mail, type the renewal code into the Search field in the middle of the page.
4. If you see your license number appear below, then you have successfully linked your business license to the new account created. Click the Renew link located to the right to step through the renewal process and make a payment.
